Our school provides quality taekwondo instruction under the direction of Grand Master Kwang Som Lee, 9th Dan Black Belt, certified by Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters. With over 60 years of taekwondo experience, Grand Master Lee has taught students in Korea, Spain, and Canada, and has promoted hundreds of black belts who have helped to spread and bolster taekwondo around the world.
Students are taught World Taekwondo (WT) style taekwondo, which comprises elements of traditional Korean martial arts techniques and Olympic taekwondo sparring (kyorugi). WT-style taekwondo has been an official sport of the Olympic Games since 2000. Grand Master Kwang Lee Taekwondo School is a member of Taekwondo Canada, Taekwondo Ontario, and a registered dojang under the Kukkiwon Membership System. All black belts are certified by and registered at the Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters. Students of all ages are welcome!
